At KRITTAKORN, every product is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain premium quality standards.

Because items are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer preference.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items if they arrive:

1. Damaged
2. Defective
3. Incorrect

To request a replacement or refund, contact support@krittakorn.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

1. Your order number
2. Photos of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Please ensure sizing is reviewed carefully before purchasing.
